About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced IPA Automation / AI Copilot Specialist who will design and implement intelligent automation solutions using AI, robotic process automation (RPA), and Microsoft Copilot technologies. The role involves building AI-powered workflows to improve productivity, streamline business processes, and enable enterprise automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) solutions.
• Implement AI-powered automation using Microsoft Copilot and AI services.
• Develop and manage RPA workflows to automate repetitive business tasks.
• Integrate AI and automation tools with enterprise systems.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business teams to deliver AI-driven digital transformation.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) or RPA platforms.
• Experience with AI tools and Microsoft Copilot technologies.
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Azure AI, or automation frameworks.
• Understanding of workflow automation and business process optimization.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
