About the Role:

  • Provide solutions to customer queries and complaints.

  • Accurately document call details and update customer records.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in International Voice Process or BPO environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
