MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in daily coordination and communication between departments and teams.
 - Support senior team members in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation.
 - Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
 - Ensure proper filing and organization of important documents (physical and digital).
 - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company policies.
 - Respond to routine emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication efficiently.
 - Coordinate with vendors, clients, or team members for timely execution of tasks.
 - Adhere to company protocols and contribute to a positive team environment.
 - Actively learn about the company’s workflows and contribute ideas for process improvement.
 - Perform any other duties assigned by management in support of daily operations.
