Qualification:
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources with excellent English & Hindi communication skills
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation
- Coordinate training & development programs for employees
- Manage employee relations and engagement initiatives
- Support workforce planning and manpower deployment
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and HR compliance
- Ensure smooth HR operations across corporate and project sites
- Assist management with HR reporting and policy implementation
