Eligibility:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end wind power project execution at site
- Assist in WTG installation, tower erection, and nacelle assembly
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical works with contractors
- Supervise field teams and monitor daily site activities
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards
- Coordinate material availability and usage at site
- Implement OEM technical instructions and work procedures
- Identify and resolve site-level execution challenges
- Report daily progress and issues to project leadership
